Panel Laminating
High pressure laminate panels are available with the cores of MDF, particle board, plywood and new PurePanel™ Plus.
Typically all our materials are CARB compliant and many are available with no added formaldehyde. For the greenest of panels, PurePanel™ Plus is a structural, lightweight, honeycomb core that is VOC free and comprised of 100% recycled post-consumer waste.
All high pressure laminate panels are available with Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar, Pionite, Greenlam, Abet Laminati and Laminart brands of HPL.
We offer cores in 4x8 through 5x12 for most materials. Thickness for conventional boards materials are available up to 1¼ and for PurePanel™ Plus up to 2¼ thickness (for single cores).
